This trip is a once in a lifetime adventure. If you are all considering a visit to "Middle Earth" do it. The natural beauty of the South Island is extraordinary. Photos do not do it justice. Everyone at Active NZ is very friendly and cool. I took the Tui trip which was awesome. It was the perfect mix of challenging adventure in a relaxed and off the beaten track manner. A winning combination. The trip was well thought out and organized and left nothing to be desired.
